Delivery and setup fees are calculated based on your chosen destination and quoted during the booking process. Just tell us where you want to go!

Yes — we have a 5-night minimum for all bookings, with most guests staying 5–14 nights. We offer two experience tiers: Campground Experience (delivered to a top-rated RV park near your destination, starting at $4,250) and Wilderness Retreat (delivered to a curated secluded location we scout for you — public land, a private ranch, or a hidden off-grid spot, starting at $5,500). All pricing is all-inclusive — accommodation, delivery, setup, pickup, cleaning, linens, and 24/7 concierge are bundled into one price. Extended stay discounts are built in automatically — the longer you stay, the better the per-night value.

Nearly 500 square feet of living space — larger than most hotel rooms and every glamping tent on the market. Our 2021 DRV FullHouse JX450 comes fully loaded: king bed with premium mattress in the master suite, full residential kitchen (fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave), heated massage recliners, surround sound entertainment system with smart TV, washer and dryer, oversized shower, three A/C units and a furnace for total climate control, power awnings with outdoor speakers, LED lighting, and a spacious rear garage with queen bunk beds that fold down from the ceiling, a ramp patio option, and room for an office or lounge setup. Linens, towels, and basic kitchen essentials are provided.

The master suite features a king bed, and the rear garage/office has optional queen bunk beds that fold down from the ceiling — so the RV can accommodate up to 6. That said, this is a luxury experience with one full bathroom, so it's ideally suited for 2 guests or up to 4. Think of it as a boutique hotel suite on wheels, not a bunk house.

Yes! We love pets and welcome your furry family members at no additional charge. We just ask that you let us know in advance when booking so we can prepare, that you clean up after them, and that you keep them off the furniture. The RV is smoke-free, but pets are always welcome.

The RV is equipped with a smart TV for streaming, and many campgrounds offer Wi-Fi. For more remote locations, we recommend bringing a personal hotspot device. We can suggest mobile hotspot options upon booking if connectivity is important for your trip.

Every package is all-inclusive. Your price covers full use of the luxury RV and all its amenities, white-glove delivery and complete setup, a personal RV walkthrough, premium linens and towels, 24/7 concierge support, professional cleaning and prep, and pickup at the end of your stay. There are no hidden fees — delivery, setup, and cleaning are all bundled into your package price. Optional add-ons like grocery pre-stocking and firewood bundles are available at booking.

A refundable $1,000 security deposit is collected at the time of booking. This is returned within 7 days of your checkout, pending a post-stay inspection. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the deposit.

Full refund for cancellations made 90 or more days before your check-in date. 50% refund for cancellations 60–89 days out. No refunds for cancellations within 60 days of check-in — once you book, we immediately begin securing campground reservations, coordinating logistics, and blocking our calendar for your dates. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance for peace of mind.

Full payment is due at the time of booking — once you book, we immediately begin securing your campsite reservation, coordinating delivery logistics, and blocking our calendar for your dates. We use Stripe for secure payment processing and accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay/Google Pay. A $1,000 refundable security deposit is collected separately. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

We offer 24/7 concierge and emergency support throughout your stay. If anything comes up — from a question about how something works to a maintenance issue — just call or text us and we'll handle it immediately. For equipment issues, we'll either walk you through a fix or come out personally to resolve it.

No — the RV stays at the delivery location for the duration of your rental. Moving a fifth wheel requires a specialized truck and experience. If you'd like to relocate to a different campground mid-stay, contact us and we can arrange a mid-trip move for an additional delivery fee.

The RV is strictly smoke-free inside. Smoking outside the RV is permitted but please keep a safe distance and dispose of materials properly. If evidence of indoor smoking is found, a deep cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit.

Just bring yourself, your clothes, and your groceries! We provide all linens, towels, basic kitchen essentials, and toiletries. If you'd like us to pre-stock groceries for you, there's a $150 shopping and service fee plus the actual cost of your groceries.
